What we cannot do
We are not a substitute for hands on help with a sick fish. We cannot diagnose livestock or water problems by email, and we cannot promise medical or veterinary guidance. If your fish are unwell or your water has crashed, contact an aquatic veterinarian or a trusted local fish store right away.
